I. T. Support Technician

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal customers with hardware, software, and mobile device support and setup. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing computers, problem solving, accurately tracking issues and resolutions, maintaining documentation and communicating effectively with employees.
The successful candidate must have the following Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Understanding of Microsoft Office, web browsers, Windows 7 and higher
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
Ability to work independently or as a member of a team of highly successful professionals
A passion for technology as well as learning
Associate Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
The ideal candidate will also have experience with some or all of the following:
Excellent phone and email etiquette
Experience resolving issues remotely
Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow up
Desire to research and resolve complex hardware and software issues
Willingness for occasional travel
Foreign language is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
